Addressed to Canton unnumbered of December 29th. Your telegram No. 325 to his majesty's Ambassador. Shanghai customs state that "Sung Shan Maru" cleared for Amoy Takao December 10th. It is probable therefore that passengers for Canton embarked in Formosa.
